I took a breath, sleeping bag, my old guitar and a flashlight
Slept outside in the wild, no streets, no clothes only nature

Escaping this flat reality
while gazing into a moving ridge reflecting the moon
Suddenly I’m no longer trapped inside this body

I picked up the pieces of my broken faith in god
faith in stars, faith in clouds will guide me through this road I’m taking

So grab your stuff don’t bring much
some food some clothes and a compass
leave behind all you know and let the pure darkness guide you
